This is why I stress how important it is to make a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Get off the fad/yo-yo and starvation train!!! You will never achieve permanent fat loss on a starvation or excessively restricted diet unless you continue to eat that way for THE.REST.OF.YOUR.LIFE.
Find a way of eating you can stick to for the LONG-HAUL. Clean eating and Paleo are two ways of eating that promote a WIDE VARIETY of foods, have little to no restrictions and are GOOD for you!! Cut out the junk food and start eating natural, healthy foods! FOOD IS FUEL.
